Smudge stick – Serene Aura 10cm
9,60 €
Smudge Stick – Serene Aura 10cm is imported directly from Mexico. Individually hand rolled and hand wrapped in kraft paper.
Smudge Sticks can be used to clear the aura, for example before meditation or prayer, or are quite often used by physical therapists and therapists before treatments.
Smudging has long been used to connect with the spiritual world or to enhance intuition.
Burning sage or smudge can lift your spirits and also be a great ally against stress. The practice of burning smudging is quite simple: a seashell or ceramic bowl, an earthenware or glass vessel to hold the burning sage or collect the ashes; you can use a feather or fan to direct the smoke if you wish.
Sold wrapped in paper, labeled and barcoded.
