Uses

• Before going to bed, add a few drops of lavender oil to a pillow, bed linen or the soles of your feet.
• Keep lavender oil close at hand to soothe occasional skin irritation.
• Refresh your wardrobe, mattress, car or the air by mixing lavender oil with water in a spray bottle.

How to use

In an aroma diffuser: use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
For topical use: apply one to two drops to the desired area.
