Fused glass on whitewashed wood – medium bowl

Handmade in Bali using recycled glass and Balinese Gamal wood. This molten glass on whitewashed wood – small bowl combines the best of two worlds: natural and man-made; rustic and chic; practical and spiritual. The glass is hand blown and the still hot glass is allowed to conform to the piece of Gamal root, then the glass hardens to the shape of the wood, ensuring a perfect fit. They are made using natural material with hand tools in the traditional Balinese way.
Please note: As the product is handmade, the glass may have minor imperfections such as small bubbles and light scratches. Mostly packed separately and safely in a box.
