1. General Provisions<\/h3>

1.1. These Terms of Sale govern the purchase and sale of goods through the OK ZONE e-shop, as well as the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller.<\/p>

1.2. The operator of the e-shop and seller of goods is O&K Grill O\u00dc, operating under the brand name OK ZONE.<\/p>

1.3. By purchasing goods on the e-shop website, the buyer enters into a sales contract with O&K Grill O\u00dc.<\/p>

1.4. In addition to these Terms of Sale, the legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia apply, including the Law of Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>

2. Ordering Goods<\/h3>

2.1. To purchase goods, the buyer selects the desired products from the e-shop and adds them to the shopping cart.<\/p>

2.2. Before confirming the order, the buyer can review the selected products, quantities, prices, delivery method, and other order-related data, and make any necessary changes.<\/p>

2.3. An order is considered placed after it has been confirmed and the payable amount has been settled according to the payment method displayed in the e-shop.<\/p>

2.4. After placing an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the buyer.<\/p>

2.5. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered under the agreed conditions, we will contact the buyer as soon as possible to agree on a further solution. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid by the buyer will be refunded.<\/p>

3. Product Prices<\/h3>

3.1. All prices displayed in the e-shop are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated for the product.<\/p>

3.2. A delivery fee may be added to the product price according to the delivery method chosen by the buyer. The delivery cost will be displayed to the buyer before final order confirmation.<\/p>

3.3. The e-shop reserves the right to change product prices. After an order is confirmed, the price displayed at the time of placing the order applies to that order.<\/p>

3.4. If an obviously incorrect price is displayed in the e-shop due to a technical error, OK ZONE has the right to cancel the order and notify the buyer.<\/p>

4. Payment<\/h3>

4.1. Orders can be paid for using the payment methods offered in the e-shop.<\/p>

4.2. Payment for the order is due during the order placement process, according to the instructions displayed in the e-shop.<\/p>

4.3. An order is considered paid once the payment has been received.<\/p>

4.4. If payment fails or the order is not paid for, OK ZONE is not obligated to fulfill the order until payment is received.<\/p>

5. Delivery<\/h3>

5.1. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address or chosen pick-up point selected by the buyer when placing the order, according to the delivery methods offered in the e-shop.<\/p>

5.2. The estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed to the buyer before order confirmation.<\/p>

5.3. Delivery time may depend on the specific product, chosen delivery method, and other circumstances.<\/p>

5.4. If order fulfillment is delayed or goods cannot be delivered by the agreed deadline, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible.<\/p>

5.5. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the name, phone number, email address, and delivery details provided in the order are correct.<\/p>

6. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>

6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the e-shop without stating a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.<\/p>

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must submit a clear statement of withdrawal to OK ZONE. The statement of withdrawal can be submitted via the designated function in the e-shop or in writing to the email address support@okzone.ee<\/a>.<\/p>

6.3. The statement of withdrawal should, if possible, include the order number, buyer’s name and contact details, and the products to be returned.<\/p>

6.4. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the statement of withdrawal.<\/p>

6.5. The buyer may inspect and handle the goods only in a manner necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If the goods have been used more than is necessary for ordinary inspection, the buyer is liable for the decrease in the value of the goods to the extent provided by law.<\/p>

6.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where the law provides for exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including certain custom-made goods and goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if their packaging has been opened.<\/p>

6.7. In case of withdrawal, OK ZONE will refund the payments received from the buyer in accordance with the procedure and within the timeframe stipulated by law. The refund will also include the cost of standard delivery paid by the buyer. OK ZONE may delay the refund until the returned goods have been received or the buyer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.<\/p>

6.8. The direct costs of returning the goods are generally borne by the buyer, unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreement between the parties.<\/p>

7. Filing Complaints and Defective Goods<\/h3>

7.1. OK ZONE is responsible for ensuring that the sold goods comply with the contract terms and are of proper quality.<\/p>

7.2. In the case of defective goods, the consumer has the right to file a complaint with the seller within two years from the date of receiving the goods.<\/p>

7.3. If a defect appears, we ask the buyer to contact OK ZONE as soon as possible and provide a description of the defect.<\/p>
