Terms of Delivery and Returns

1. Delivery Information

1.1. Goods ordered from the OK ZONE online store are delivered to the customer using the delivery method selected during the checkout process.

1.2. The estimated delivery time depends on the specific product, its availability, and the chosen delivery method. Information regarding delivery times is provided to the customer during the checkout process or in the order confirmation.

1.3. If a different delivery time or special condition is specified for a specific product or during checkout, the conditions displayed at the time of ordering shall apply.

1.4. If it is not possible to fulfill the order within the agreed timeframe, we will contact the customer to agree on a further solution.

2. Delivery Methods and Costs

2.1. During checkout, the available delivery methods and the corresponding delivery costs are displayed to the customer.

2.2. Delivery costs depend on the selected delivery method, the contents of the order, the total weight of the order, and, if necessary, the delivery region.

2.3. Before confirming the order, the customer can see the total cost of the order including applicable delivery charges.

2.4. Delivery of products with special conditions

Special conditions apply to some OK ZONE products. Such products are marked accordingly in the online store.

The delivery price for these products depends on the total weight of the order and is calculated automatically according to the following weight-based tariff:

Total order weightDelivery price
up to 2 kg€8.60 + VAT
over 2 kg up to 5 kg€9.40 + VAT
over 5 kg up to 10 kg€11.90 + VAT
over 10 kg up to 15 kg€12.70 + VAT
over 15 kg up to 30 kg€14.30 + VAT

VAT at the current rate will be added to all prices in the table.

If the order contains multiple products, the applicable tariff is determined based on the total weight of the order.

The final delivery price is calculated automatically and displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

For products with special conditions, delivery prices may differ from standard Estonian parcel terminal and courier service prices.

3. Order Fulfillment

3.1. An order is considered accepted after the order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, in cases where the order must be paid for in advance.

3.2. We will send the order confirmation to the customer via email or another durable medium.

3.3. If an exceptional delivery time or other special delivery condition applies to a product or order, we will inform the customer before the order is confirmed or as soon as possible after the circumstance arises.

4. 14-day Right of Withdrawal

4.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, except in cases provided by law.

4.2. If several items are delivered separately under one order, the withdrawal period begins from the receipt of the last item.

4.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must submit a clear withdrawal application to OK ZONE or use the withdrawal function provided on the website, if available.

5. Returning Goods

5.1. After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned without delay, but no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal, unless we have agreed otherwise.

5.2. The consumer has the right to open the product packaging and use the goods only to the extent necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, similar to how one would be able to evaluate the goods in a physical store.

The goods must be returned complete and, if possible, in the original packaging along with all included accessories, documents, and other parts.

If the goods, their packaging, completeness, or included parts are damaged, missing, or the goods have been used more than necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning, it may result in a decrease in the value of the goods. In such a case, the consumer is responsible for the resulting decrease in value to the extent that it is justified.

Opening the product packaging or reasonable use of the goods to familiarize oneself with the product does not in itself deprive the consumer of the 14-day right of withdrawal.

5.3. When returning, the return instructions provided for the specific order must be followed.

6. Return Costs

6.1. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer generally bears the direct costs associated with returning the goods, unless OK ZONE has stated that it will bear these costs or the law provides otherwise.

6.2. If the goods, by their nature, cannot be returned by post in the usual way, we will inform the customer of the estimated cost of return or the basis for its calculation before the contract is concluded.

7. Refunds

7.1. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from the customer, including the delivery costs paid for the standard delivery method, to the extent provided by law.

7.2. The refund will be made within the period prescribed by law. OK ZONE has the right to delay the refund in cases provided by law until the goods have been returned or until the consumer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

7.3. If the use, damage, lack of completeness, or other circumstance of the goods has caused a decrease in the value of the goods, a corresponding deduction may be made from the refundable amount to the extent of the justified and verifiable decrease in value.

7.4. The refund is generally made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

8. Cases where the Right of Withdrawal does not apply

8.1. In cases provided by law, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract. Such exceptions may include, for example, goods made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods, perishable goods, and goods in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

8.2. If a legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a specific product, we will inform the customer before the order is placed.

9. Defective Goods and Complaints

9.1. If the goods do not comply with the terms of the contract or a defect appears, the consumer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable legislation and OK ZONE’s sales terms.

9.2. Defects can be reported via email at support@okzone.ee.

9.3. In the complaint, please describe the defect if possible and include the order number and relevant photos or other information proving the defect.
